Realtors are constantly educating themselves to provide better service to their customers. The following classes were created to give the Realtor an advantage on their competition and become familiar with many different areas of real estate and real estate investing.
Introduction into commercial real estate brokerage - we all think
that commercial brokerage is where the big fish swim, well that's true but where
big fish swim, so do the sharks. You must be able to think like a
commercial real estate broker and not a residential real estate broker.
