Real estate investors can be highly successful and financial free from the daily money woes most others experience. However, the paramount key to success in real estate in being able to take advantage of deals as they present themselves AND understand how to capitalize on those deals as well. Educated real estate investors are more able to succeed than uneducated real estate investors simple by being able to understand the deal and correctly work its mechanics.
Rehabbing for the not so squeamish - Big money is made in the
creating value in anything (i.e., houses, machine shops, automobiles,
etc.). Taking old dilapidated properties and rejuvenating them to livable
condition is both satisfying and very, very profitable. However, the key
to rehabbing is understanding where, when and why to rehab versus walking away
